Terms of Service

The service

Leadway lets you connect Instagram Professional accounts to automate comment replies and direct messages, generate AI-assisted answers, create tracked deeplinks, and view analytics. Features and limits depend on your subscription plan.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and your automations.
• You must own or be authorized to manage any Instagram account you connect.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Leadway to:

• Send spam, deceptive, or unsolicited messages, or violate Meta's platform policies.
• Harass, mislead, or harm other users.
• Distribute malware or illegal content, or infringe others' rights.
• Reverse-engineer, overload, or abuse the service or its rate limits.

You are responsible for complying with Instagram's and Meta's terms. Misuse may result in suspension of your account or your connected Instagram access.

Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans are billed through Payme or Click. Plan limits (automations, AI credits, etc.) are enforced and granted only after payment is confirmed. Affiliate commissions are paid according to the program terms shown in the app.

Third-party platforms

Leadway relies on the Instagram Graph API and other third-party services. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy decisions by those platforms that affect the service.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leadway is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Leadway and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. See our Data Deletion page to remove your data.
