Data Deletion

You can delete your data from Leadway at any time. This page explains what gets removed and how to request deletion, in line with Meta's Platform requirements.
Option 1 — Disconnect inside the app
Sign in and go to Settings → Instagram, then remove the connected account. This immediately deletes the stored access token and stops all automations for that account.
Option 2 — Delete your account & all data
To permanently delete your Leadway account and all associated data, email support@leadway.uz from your registered email address with the subject "Delete my data". We will verify your request and delete your data within 30 days.
Option 3 — Remove the app from Instagram
In the Instagram app, go to Settings → Apps and websites and remove Leadway. Meta notifies us, and we delete the related Instagram data (access token, account profile, and automation logs tied to that account).
What gets deleted
- Your encrypted Instagram access token and connected account profile.
- Your automations, FAQs, and message/automation logs.
- Contacts captured through your automations.
- Your account profile and analytics data.
Some records may be retained briefly where required for legal, security, or accounting purposes, and are then deleted.
